Edna Joyce Sams is a licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) and has served as Regional Director for Residential Services at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health (PGCMH) in the Bronx, New York, since 2014. She holds an MSW in Social Work Administration from Hunter College (2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of New Rochelle (2005).
